Baltimore’s digital agency scene is in a good place these days, with a notable presence in neighborhoods like Fells Point, Hampden, and Station North. And there's lots of people in the areas of digital design (web and product), and web app development, to name just two, that are in employment (or freelancing) for companies in those areas. The city’s office culture blends traditional workspaces with modern coworking environments, catering to diverse preferences. Big kahunas like Under Armour are headquartered here and I can only imagine how life-changing a contract with companies as big as this would be for some local agencies. With Johns Hopkins University in the area, there's obviously a great opportunity to find talent. Baltimore’s east coast location means decent links can be formed with clients and fellow agencies in other major cities.
