
Creative agencies fill SoHo, Chelsea, Dumbo, parts of Midtown too. Some are tucked inside old warehouses. Some of the big player agencies sit high up in swanky office towers. New York is still probably the advertising capital of the world, but 'the big apple' is full of every type of agency - including the US office for many an international agency.
Finance, fashion, media, tech, every type of client exists in New York. There's always a constant stream of clients looking for clever ideas, sharp delivery, and something that their competitors don't yet have. Projects pour in from every direction. No shortage.
I'm sure that the pressure is very heavy on agencies in New York - just to keep the lights on for some. But that is the thrill for many agency owners I presume.
That’s New York. At least, today. Tomorrow it might shift again. It'll aways stay ahead of the pack, you would think.
